Make a Claim
If you purchased your policy on or after 1st October 2026:

You must notify ClaimSorted of a claim as soon as possible, but in any event within 31 days.
You can submit your claim by:

ClaimSorted will send you an acknowledgement to your claim submission and will be in contact with you should there be anything further required. Once you are in receipt of your claims reference number, please ensure this is quoted in any future contact.
If you purchased your policy before 1st October 2026:
